Cambeli is the brainchild of Ann Hilario, mother of two lovely daughters, Camilla and Ysabeli. Created out of her passion for cooking, Cambeli was founded in December 2009, although it has been long drawn out on plan while Ann was still on her apprenticeship.
Ann is the head pastry chef, and the founding owner. She has a team of assistant pastry chef, a baker for the breads, and expects to be partnered by a professional marketing and PR officer within 2010.
Cambeli Patisserie, bakery, coffee and resto will hopefully open by 2011.
Cambeli is everyone's Sweet Surprise, that's 100% fresh...100% homemade.
